Professional training : How to finance your training at Albert School ?

How to finance your professional training at Albert School?

Are you planning to train at Albert School?

We believe that there should be no barriers to your training project. That is why we accompany you in all its stages, in particular in the financing of this one.

There are several possibilities. Some allow you to train at zero cost.

The CPF (Personal Training Account)

Long term training courses are certified by Qualiopi & France Compétences and deliver RNCP level 7 titles (equivalent to a Master's degree), and are eligible for CPF. Each year, you contribute and accumulate training rights in the form of CPF credits (500€/year in most situations, but there are exceptions). You can choose at any time to use your CPF balance to finance your training project.

So, whether you are an employee, entrepreneur, self-employed or job seeker, your training project can be paid for in full or in part thanks to your CPF rights.

To consult your rights, go to moncompteformation.gouv.fr.

Pôle Emploi devices

Ifyou are looking for a job, retraining courses can be 100% covered by Pôle Emploi through several schemes. It should be noted that any financing by Pôle Emploi must be validated upstream by your professional development advisor. You can get in touch with your Pôle Emploi advisor to find out about the most appropriate assistance for your situation. The main schemes are the following:

Individual training assistance (AIF)

  • It is intended for job seekers registered with Pôle Emploi and for people on a Professional Reclassification Contract (CRP), a Professional Transition Contract (CTP) or a Professional Securitization Contract (CSP).
  • AIF procedure: we will deposit an estimate on your personal Pôle Emploi account, which you will have to validate so that it can be sent to your advisor. Your advisor can then validate your AIF financing. This process takes 15 working days (about 3 weeks): be sure to anticipate your request according to the start date of the training!
  • You will be paid during your training, depending on your situation and on the condition that you attend the training.
  • More information on pole-emploi.fr/AIF

Individual operational preparation for employment (POEI)

  • It is intended for job seekers registered with Pôle Emploi who have found a future employer wishing to recruit them for a position requiring new skills, as well as for people in CRP, CTP or CSP.
  • This aid concerns work contracts of more than 12 months.

Pre-recruitment training action (AFPR)

  • It is intended for job seekers registered with Pôle Emploi who have found a future employer wishing to recruit them for a position requiring new skills, as well as for people in CRP, CTP or CSP.
  • This assistance concerns work contracts of 6 to 12 months.
  • More information on pole-emploi.fr/AFPR

The Regional Training Program (PRF)

  • Some regional councils have set up specific aids at the regional level.
  • It is intended for job seekers, whether or not they are registered with the Pôle Emploi.

The AIRE 2 Program of the Île-de-France region

  • It is intended for job-seekers in Ile-de-France who are registered with Pôle emploi and hold a valid certificate issued by Pôle emploi.
  • There is a 6-week delay between the date the application is submitted and the date of entry into training.

Reclassification leave

When a company with at least 1,000 employees plans to lay off employees for economic reasons, it must offer each employee concerned redeployment leave.

This leave is of variable duration and is intended to enable the employee to benefit from training and assistance from a job search support unit.

As part of a reclassification leave, your training projects are financed 100% by the OpCo (skills operator) of your former company.

Company financing

Ifyou are currently in a company and wish to evolve or upgrade your skills in your current position, you can obtain assistance through your company's OpCo (Skills Operator) (and therefore at zero cost to the company).

This financing is carried out within the framework of GPEC (Gestion Prévisionnelle des Emplois et des Compétences).

Personal financing

The entire course or the remaining amount can be spread out over the course of the course (from 1 to 6 months depending on the format chosen).

You can eventually take out a bank loan with our partners (BNP Paribas, Société Générale).

Nota Bene: a personal contribution is fully deductible from the tax base (training costs and related expenses).

Financing AGEFIPH

Ifyou are recognized as a disabled person, you can receive assistance up to 100% of the amount of the training.
