Develop a new generation of data literate business leaders.
Teamwork, Business Deep Dives, the culture of entrepreneurship and innovation will be the rhythm of your career.
Being a student at ALBERT SCHOOL :
means being involved and willing, creative and curious, daring and forward-looking.
It is to discover and appropriate the stakes of the economy, by preparing for the jobs of today and tomorrow.
It means studying in contact with professionals from the best institutions and leading companies.
Albert School is a school of excellence. The admissions process is selective. Fewer than 10% of applicants were admitted last year, and the majority of those admitted choose to join Albert School, even though most of them have also been admitted to other prestigious French or international establishments.
If Albert School were on Parcoursup (whose data is public), our courses would rank in the top 5% of the most selective schools.
Successful companies today have in common that they have a data-centric approach. They are said to be "data-driven". This is the case for companies like Microsoft, LVMH, Alphabet or Netflix, which are among the most innovative and fastest growing. This is only possible with teams trained in the language of data, at all levels and across all functions of a company. Teaching data - that is, mathematics applied to business - enables students to understand how to create value in this world transformed by technology.
Today, data is everywhere. And in a digitally disrupted world, it has become indispensable for business. There is tremendous value to be gained from leveraging data, especially with AI. Improving operational efficiency, transforming the customer experience, controlling risks, or innovating are all possible families of uses. From these four families derive thousands of applications and opportunities in all organizations and all sectors of activity.
Two phenomena have made data essential to executive decision making. First, the rise of capitalism and globalization has made all industries hyper-competitive: the accuracy of executives' decisions is more essential than ever to generate growth, and even to monitor their company. But also, the explosion of computing power, of the capacity to store and circulate information provides managers with a wealth of data.
Some data numbers:
Albert School is the first school of excellence combining business and data. The school offers training courses with a 3-year bachelor's degree or a 5-year master's degree. The bachelor's degree is accessible after the Baccalauréat. Supported and financed by many renowned entrepreneurs, its ambition is to train the talents that the new economy needs, hybrid business AND data profiles.
Albert does more than prepare for a job. Our raison d'être is to train the talents that will make the difference. This requires a global understanding of how a sector or company operates, and the ability to understand, exploit and enhance the value of data thanks to unique educational partnerships with leading companies in their sector.
The total number of students enrolled from first to fifth year will be 600 on the Paris campus.
Albert School has developed an innovative, data-driven approach to teaching, to turn students into accomplished professionals in the new economy. We guarantee an effective education centered on case studies and the acquisition of operational knowledge. This approach enables students to acquire new skills and gradually specialize: the curriculum structured around business and data enables students to understand the concepts and tools - such as frameworks, structuring analysis - to make relevant data-driven decisions.
Albert School's innovative pedagogy from the first year onwards offers a hybrid training program that combines the best of engineering and business schools to train tomorrow's leaders, thanks to its academic excellence and professional orientation:
1. the removal from curricula of anything that strays too far from knowledge and skills useful in professional life (goodbye theoretical physics and 12th-degree equations)
2. the development of soft skills from the very first days: understanding and learning the codes of the company, knowing how to be, knowing how to do. Teams from the Boston Consulting Group, one of the world's most prestigious consulting firms, spend 15 days with students to teach them the codes: how to dress, how to write an e-mail, draft a document, give an oral presentation, methods for breaking down a problem...
3. learning with the best teachers from the top business schools (Polytechnique, HEC, Centrale, ENS, Sciences Po...) in groups of up to 40 students. These teachers are mostly professionals who hold positions of responsibility in major companies, investment funds, institutions or startups. These teachers practice what they teach in their companies on a daily basis. They are at the cutting edge of the latest developments in their field.
4. apply what you learn: business deep dives: in continuous cycles throughout their studies, students take part in 3-week case studies, in addition to their coursework. At the beginning of the cycle, students work as a group to prepare an interview with a member of the partner company's executive committee, who at the end of the session unveils a practical case with a data and business counterpart to be solved together. This is an opportunity to combine mathematics, data and business to solve increasingly complex open questions, accompanied by professionals from our 50 partner companies.
5. Group work and peer reviewing are cornerstones of Albert School pedagogy. Groups are often imposed, just as in the real world of business, and you don't always get to choose who you work with. Learning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your teammates and yourself is an essential part of preparing for the world of work. Companies prefer cooperation to competition, which is why students work in groups, particularly on Business Deep Dives, and change groups every 3 weeks. Students also take part in the assessment of their fellow students and are themselves assessed by their peers, in addition to being assessed by the teaching team on certain assignments.
Yes, Albert School has its own BDE, sports club, cultural club and junior enterprise, which together organize a wide range of events for students and sometimes external guests.

As places are limited, we advise you to start the admission process as soon as possible. You will be able to submit your report cards for the last few semesters, as well as your baccalaureate / diploma transcript at a later date.
In fact, the online application platform has been designed so that you can only validate your application once all the required elements have been uploaded. If one of the requested documents does not apply to you (for example, your report cards are semestrial and not quarterly), upload the same document twice. The jury will be able to make sense of it, or will ask you for additional information when examining your file.
Give it a try. Your determination can only be an asset to your application. It may not be enough, but it's an excellent start. We've already admitted a few candidates with average records who excelled in the online logic and mathematics test and the admission interview.

The Albert School curriculum is demanding. The selection process is designed to ensure that admitted students have the necessary abilities to graduate. We seek to understand your potential.
The choice goes both ways. We encourage you to ask us questions to ensure that Albert School fits your career plan.
We address students who have a real appetite for mathematics and who have the ambition to learn to solve complex problems and to develop mathematical thinking applicable to data, economics, and business. They do not wish to choose between business school and engineering school because they dream of a curriculum combining French mathematical rigor and Anglo-Saxon business sense.
They have a strong quantitative mindset, are curious about the business world, but are also motivated by a deep desire to work in a team.
Many courses are taught in English. It is not necessary to be fluent in English, but some command of the language is essential.
To eliminate as much bias as possible, the Albert School entrance exam is a three-step process and is completely free and open to all.
Admission to Msc begins directly at the second stage.
After each step of the selection process, the answer will be given within 10 days.
IMPORTANT: With the results of Parcoursup, the process has been revised to allow candidates to follow it and obtain an answer within 72 hours.
Congratulations, you have joined the club of candidates selected to join the Grande Ecole Program or the Bachelor's program!
