Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be in charge of ensuring the smooth running of calls for tender in which EssenceMediacom participates. You will work in close collaboration with the consulting and strategic planning teams and all of the agency's expertise.

Missions:

‍Project Management:

• Coordination of stakeholders on the various calls for tenders in which EM participates
• Logistical organization (meetings / retroplannings / setting up of next steps / participants): establishment of project plans framing the internal organization, from the briefing to the client feedback, including the presentation
• Ensure the quality of the rendering on the form: manage the briefs to the designers and the follow-up (for the form of the pitch presentations)
• Support for the development of any collateral (booklets, prints, films) contributing to our responses
• Budget follow-up

Exploration and production: Audits / market / brand / consumer contexts

• Supporting the team in exploring the pitch topic: brand analysis, competition, media, content, writing ad hoc slides...

International reporting: media monitoring / follow-up tools / coordination

Weekly monitoring of the media market on key prospects and competitors

Expected profile:

‍
- Bac+4/5 business or communication school
- Spirit of curiosity, rigor, adaptability, relational ease are the qualities we expect on this position
- Fluency with figures necessary
- Good analytical and synthesis skills
- Good level of English essential
- Willingness to work in a team
