Within the LVMH Group Holding Company, the mission will be to support our Houses in the optimization of the CRM strategy (Louis Vuitton, Dior, Fendi, Tag Heuer, Sephora, ...) by improving the maturity of the Houses on the various subjects.

As part of an international team, you will assist in the analysis of the CRM strategy of the houses and the customer life cycle and you will participate in proposing recommendations to improve business performance and customer life time value using all available channels (Clienteling, Email, SMS etc)

Value proposition 

  • Supporting companies in the implementation of CRM data use cases: marketing automations, direct activation, data collection and design optimization with an AB test approach to optimize the performance of strategic channels.
  • The recommendation of data use cases is based on the analysis of data
  • Communicate with the Houses on their needs
  • Manage roadmaps and meet defined project milestones - i.e. conduct analysis, launch use cases, A/B tests for customizations, etc.
  • Ensure the quality of the A/B tests and customizations as well as the correct reporting of KPIs.

Animation of the CRM community

  • Collaborate with other departments and partners to develop documentation on CRM and email best practices, 
  • Helping to set up a catalog of use cases on the most strategic email/CRM topics,
  • Set up a Group and external benchmark on the various email subjects for the Companies,
  • Animate the Data/CRM community of the group with newsletters and webinars 

Reporting

  • Evaluate the success and measure the results of the proposed optimizations.
  • To be a force of recommendation and conviction on the interpretation of the results.
  • Create documentation on best practices for CRM/e-commerce/marketing automation optimization

Profile

  • Offer reserved for Albert School students
  • Strong interest in data analysis and business issues
  • Good understanding of CRM issues and how to use different communication channels to increase engagement
  • Organized, rigorous and with a strong desire to learn
  • Experience with Dataiku is a plus
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral 
  • Fluent English

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The internship offer is available for September 2023, for a duration of one year and is based in Paris 8ème.
