Speaker and program

The start-up Afiniti uses patented artificial intelligence technology to match customers and contact center agents based on their susceptibility to interact. Its technology is used worldwide in the healthcare, telecommunications, travel, hospitality, insurance and banking industries.

This interactive conference will be an opportunity for high school & college students to discover how AI can improve relationships between companies and their customers, but also to meet tech professionals who will share their background and experience.
